Services
Darlene Hines, President/CEO of Nostalgia Antique Appraisal Services, started in the antique business in 1995 with her husband Clarence at the parent company, Nostalgia Days Gone By Antiques-an antique store and tea room in downtown Brighton for 10 years.
After many requests from customers for appraisals, combined with her background in education, Darlene researched how to become a qualified personal property appraiser.
She not only wanted to appraise antiques and residential contents but wanted to be the best at it.
This is suitable for individuals who wish to know the value of an item for their own personal knowledge.
A restricted online appraisal is performed via the internet when an individual needs to know the value of an item for their own, personal knowledge.
This restricted online appraisal will be rendered without the benefit of personal inspection by the appraiser.
Such appraisals are based only on photographs provided by the client and do not include a personal inspection of the item, which is often a vital aspect of a formal appraisal assignment.
