He purchased the restoration shop he had been using for over 20 years, General Appliance Refinishing, in 2001, in order to continue to sell AND restore vintage appliances to his private and commercial clients, sometimes at even lower prices that he could offer in the past.

These Double Oven model O'Keefe & Merritt stoves measure 39 wide each.
They are similar models, the major differences being the glass on the oven doors and the "towel rack" top stands on the model on the left.

Its so hard to believe it is over 60 years old!
One thing I miss that was on my old stove, is the time bell that was on the far right beside the 2 burner knobs.
If it is posible to get one, I will pay you for it.
It had a loud ping, not like the buzzers they have now.
Wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the personal care you gave us yesterday when we called about renting a refrigerator.
You were the only company we contacted that actually cared about our outcome and wasn't trying to end the call as quickly as possible.
