read more › One of our areas longest operating and most trusted antiques dealers told me not to take my items anywhere else but here. I took 2 pieces in for restoration two weeks ago; a newly purchased antique secretary with hutch & glass doors and my great grandmother's sideboard. The secretary was in worse shape than we initially thought when purchased. There were pieces missing, parts cut off, clogged up lock holes, newsprint glued to the inside back of the cabinets with wallpaper paste (seriously), etc. Tad found more issues as he kept restoring and made sure he fixed everyone of them to his high standards.
