Mercantile 37 was founded in 2018 as a grassroots family-run studio and showroom operated by JR and Nick Roudebush. Paying homage to the site's rich history, the studio complex is also combined with a local-minded cafe, rightfully titled "Wheelers." Together, the father/son duo share a love for the vintage, rustic-industrial aesthetic, and are more than excited to fulfill their dream of working together in the studio setting!

With a united respect for local community, Mercantile 37 is committed to customer-service and quality craftsmanship. A visit to the shop is a joyful experience- chocked full of rich conversation, tasty food and drink, and quality products!
Highlights

Anyone who lives within 30 miles knows the name "Wheelers". The site has a rich history that began in 1940 when Cecil Scott and his wife (both relatives of Emma Roudebush) opened "Scotty's Inn." This was back when SR 37 was the main route between Fort Wayne and Indy, so Scotty's became a well-known stop for truckers, local farmers, and travelers alike
